the root domain dexalot.com or services (all website(s), products, mobile applications, and
services collectively deemed “Website”) under our management.

Currently, our Website, https://dexalot.com, https://www.dexalot.com and https://app.dexalot.com, collects mostly information that
is readily available on the publicly available Avalanche blockchain related to a user’s
interactions on our front-end at https://app.dexalot.com,
such as wallet address, transaction amount and other transactional details.
One exception to the above rule is to users who submit bug reports or feature requests by email
to support@dexalot.com or Support Request from our app
(https://app.dexalot.com) or landing pages (https://dexalot.com and https://www.dexalot.com).
These submissions are 100% voluntary but require submitters to disclose their name and email
address as part of the process. We will use these email addresses to update users on the status
of their requests, as well as prevent abuse of these methods of communications. The names and
email addresses are retained only to improve the quality and user experience of the Website.

- Current and historic list of open and closed orders, as well as asset transfers.
The Website provides the following services:
- Transfer of assets between users’ MetaMask Wallets and users’ Dexalot Portfolio.
Buy, Sell and Cancel orders on Dexalot.
